In order to manage effective project activities and achievement of overall project milestones and objectives of “Capacity Building of Local Government Representatives and Citizen's Awareness Raising on Local Government System”, USAID-TDEA-CVP Project, duties are:
• Acted as a focal person for all Citizens’ Voice Project (CVP) related activities and correspondence related to the respective grant cycle
• Was responsible for overall supervision of all project activities /trainings to execute them according to the prescribed methodology and to implement the approved work plan / training plan to the agreed standards and deadlines

• Have ensured the effective planning and delivery of all project activities specifically trainees’ profiling and group formation, planning and execution of training events and documentation of all necessary reports/ documents related to project activities
• Have ensured that all the necessary documentation (reports, profile forms, MOVs etc.) as proposed by CVP are uploaded on regular basis on GMIS
• Have ensured identification and documentation of success stories, case studies, regular media monitoring etc. as communicated by CVP.

To assist and integrate all the training activities, prepare the work plan for the training, meeting with stakeholders and clients, logistic arrangement for training, monitoring and evaluation of the training, reports and final documents preparation. And to train the Teachers on Modern Pedagogy.
The government of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa has decided to shift the early grade curriculum from Urdu to English. The project of the Professional Development of Primary School Teachers training was awarded to Premier Diverse Learning Concepts-a subsidiary of the Beacon House School System. As a Trainer, I was assigned to train the Primary School teachers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 11 Districts (Peshawar, Charsada, DIKhan, Karak, Kohat, Haripur, Abbotabad, Mansehra, Batgram, Thorghar and Kohistan), to effectively teach the revised curriculum in English. The teachers were trained on Curriculum, Lesson Planning, Development of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills, Students Learning Outcomes, Class Room Management, Phonics, and Low Cost No Cost Material Development etc.

The Government of KPK has launched “Sehat ka Insaf” Health project for the polio eradication and control program of other common diseases. As a TTSP my job was to monitor the polio campaign, develop plans at UC level, awareness about polio, meeting at districts level with AC, DC and police department to brief them about UC level campaign and vaccination.
The project was on Gender Justice Protection, UNDP funded. My role was Attend client meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements. Assist the PM in the drafting and budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules. Prepare project organization and communication charts. Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members. Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades. Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets expenditures. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Role and Responsibilities: To facilitate the PM, PC in each level of the project and to ensure the project progress according to the plan. Help the project staff in the field, communication with staff and stakeholders, daily/weekly progress report, and to track all the field work on schedule.
