I am a development professional having over 10 years of experience in Project Management, Designing and Implementing Monitoring, Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system. As a professional, I have worked with more than six national and international organizations in foreign funded projects across Pakistan.
Recently, I served Human Dynamics (HD) as a district Monitoring Reporting Specialist in one of its projects with a name Community Driven Local Development (CDLD) in KPK. This project was Co-Funded by European Union (EU) and the Government of Khyber Pukhtoon Khwa which ended on 31st June, 2020. The project is being implemented in 13 districts in KP with the primary objective to involve local communities in the process of development.
Before joining CDLD, I was a Consultant / Third Party Monitor for UK-DFID Funded projects Multi-Year Humanitarian Program (MYHP) implemented by the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) and ACTED Pakistan in district Chitral KPK, Pakistan. As a Consultant/Third Party Monitor, my responsibility was designing of research tools and instruments at activity, output, outcome and impact level. Moreover, my job was to collect (both quantitative qualitative), analyze data and share the final reports with senior management.
In addition to this, I also served GFA Entec AG as a Project Coordinator in one of its projects namely Micro Hydro Resource Services Centre (MRSC) which was jointly supported by Repic and Wisions. MRSC aims to improve the reliability and sustainability of power production from Mini/Micro Hydro Power Projects in Northern Pakistan through the introduction of locally available training and OM services. GFA Entec AG is a Swiss consulting and engineering company based in St. Gallen with more than two decades of experience in the development of renewable energy and energy efficiency (RE EE) and increasing access to modern energy for rural communities in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Europe.
