<div><p>1) Consultant/Team Lead – CARE: Baseline assessment of the Community Kitchen Social Enterprise Ecosystem (CKSEE) for Local Economic Recovery (LER) and Women’s Empowerment (WE) in Central, Western and Northern regions of Afghanistan- ABADEI. I led the entire assessment team and developed report. 2) Consultant/Team Lead - IRC: Consultancy on Learning from HesabPay pilot activity of the project – Multi – Sector integrated humanitarian programme to address protection risks in Afghanistan. I led the entire evaluation team, analyzed the data and developed the report. 3) Study Team Member – HAG: Three Learning Briefs under HH, Power People and Local Leadership, on “Localisation Through Networks and Collectives”, “Localisation at Project Level”, “Localisation Through Transformative Partnership”. I was responsible for conducting KIIs with the key stakeholders, analyzing the qualitative data, reviewing the final report. 4) Deputy Team Lead – CBM: “Strengthening support mechanisms to end violence against women and girls with disabilities in two districts (Multan and Muzaffargarh) of Punjab province”. I was providing leadership and support to the team. I developed inception report, conducted the enumerators training, analyzed the data and developed the final report. 5) Deputy Team Lead – WaterAid: “Study to assess the situation of sanitation facilities at workplaces in 10 cities of four provinces- WaterAid”. I led the team in conducting a comprehensive study to evaluate the sanitation facilities available in workplaces across 10 cities in four provinces. 6) Team Member – CAFOD-HAG: Challenges and Opportunities in Support of Locally-Led Humanitarian Action in Afghanistan. CAFOD-HAG- The aim of this study was to help improve the ways that international actors offer support to national/local non-state actors in Afghanistan. As a team member I was responsible for arranging and conducting KIIs with 14 stakeholders (from INGOs, LNGOs, Networks and UN Agencies), I participated in analysis workshop and presented findings. 7) Deputy Team Lead – WaterAid: “Evaluation of the Entrepreneur Model in HerWASH - WaterAid”. I developed inception report, data collection tools, trained the researchers and developed the final report. 8) Team Member – The Overseas Development Institute (ODI): “Social Cohesion and Forced Displacement” – The Overseas Development Institute (ODI). I hired and trained the field staff, supported the development of data collection tools, and wrote the findings based on the data collected from the field and participated in the international analysis workshop to present the findings. 9) Analyst – International Medical Corp: Annual Programmatic Evaluation International Medical Corp 2022. I was responsible for the qualitative data analysis of the IMC programmatic evaluation. 10) Qualitative Analyst – UNICEF: “Institutional Consultancy Services (Non-LTA), Pakistan for the assignment of “Out of School Children Profiling and Feasibilities.” my role focused on providing expertise in qualitative research and analysis. I contributed to the institutional consultancy services by designing tools, conducting analysis, and assisting in the profiling and feasibility study of out-of-school children in Pakistan. 11) Team Lead – MHI: Muslim Hands International “Yearly Third-Party Annual Programmatic Evaluation”. I developed inception report, data collection tools, trained the researchers and developed the final report. 12) Team Member – Humanitarian Advisory Group (HAG): “Mapping Approaches to Localisation”. The aim of the study was to know role of the humanitarian sector and produce evidence about ways to achieve better outcomes for crisis-affected people. The program was funded by the Australian Government through the DFAT. I was responsible for hiring the field researchers, ensuring the data collection and sharing the findings. 13) Deputy Team Lead – NCA: Baseline analysis of NCA’s “Power to the Youth” project, environmental scan and political economy analysis. I supported the development of inception report, data collection tools, trained the researchers and developed the final report 14) Team Member – DAI: “Understanding the Local Dynamics of Karachi, Multan and Bahawalpur”, As a core team member for this assignment, I was responsible for training the field researchers, organizing KIIs, and analyzing the qualitative data. 15) Team Member – KNH: Kindernothilfe (KNH) Project feasibility study “Clean Energy and Resilient Housing in Sindh”, Pakistan. I supported the development of inception report, data collection tools, trained the researchers and developed the final report. 16) Team Member – ODI: Climate change, conflict, and displacement - The Overseas Development Institute (ODI). I hired and trained the field staff, supported the development of data collection tools and wrote the findings based on the data collected from the field and participated in the international analysis workshop to present the findings. 17) Team Member – HAG: Achieving a More Equitable Humanitarian Sector: platform paper on “People, Power and Local Leadership research stream” Humanitarian Advisory Group’s (HAG), I was responsible for the conducting KIIs with the key stakeholders and developing findings report. 18) Qualitative Analyst - Trócaire / Australian Aid: End of the Programme Evaluation Report "Challenging Gender Based Violence Programme in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh, Pakistan" I assumed the responsibility of training field researchers in qualitative data collection techniques. Additionally, I conducted the analysis of the qualitative data gathered, and successfully developed comprehensive case studies as part of the assigned tasks. 19) Team Member -Terta Tech / FCDO: “Performance Evaluation of Pakistan Education Innovation Fund, Ilm Ideas 2” In this assignment, we conducted data validation and process evaluation across 17 districts in Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. I effectively managed a team of over 40 field researchers, transcribers, and support staff. I closely monitored focus group discussions and key informant interviews involving students and educational institutions throughout the study 20) Master Trainer and Curriculum Development Specialist – GIZ: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH project - “Support to Local Governance Programme (LoGo II)” for Support in the Facilitation of Trainings of the Government Officials and Elected Representatives in the Selected Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 21) Consultant – AfghanAid: (Value chain management, Effective enterprising and business communication) at DACAAR central office Kabul, Afghanistan. 6th to 12th Dec 2020. Developed the training manual including all the materials, trained the western and southern region staff of DACAAR and developed final training report. 22) Training Consultant – AfghanAid: Families’ livelihood and integration project (FLIP) at Afghanaid. 4th to 15th August 2019. Developed training manual, materials, conducted pre and post-test, facilitated the session and developed final report. 23) Training Facilitator – UNWOMEN: Advanced Management &amp; Administration Skills: Developed the training materials and delivered the training “Advanced Management &amp; Administration Skills for the staff members of Department of Justice”. 24) Qualitative Analyst – WHH: Midterm evaluation of project: “Women economic empowerment and food security for women in rural areas in Samangan, Jawzjan and Herat” Project of Welthungerhilfe. Designed tools for the qualitative data, conducted analysis, draft the evaluation report. 25) Master Trainer ¬– USAID/AWDP: Short term training for project management” and “Short term training for Women in private sector” (USAID-AWDP-Creative Associates International).</p></div>
