Key Responsibilities Handled
• Analyzing the requirement of organization.
• Analyze the quality people and contact them through phone, Email.
• Recruit the people and perform various recruitment steps.
• Maintain the existing employees and take the feedback from them.
• Assist the accounts department for making the salaries of employees.
• Make the coordination with various departments.
• Present the suggestions for the seniors of employees and implement their order.
• Train the new employees
• Resume for maintaining the HR Resume Database
• Managing new hiring forms and complete employee’s files on regular basis
• Briefing the candidate about the company,responsibilities,salary and benefits of the job
• Responsible for drafting all new contracts and employment agreement and all letters including offer,appointment , confirmation and experience
• Responsible For leaves and Attendance system management as well as preparing monthly payroll for all Employee's
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
• Conduct background checks on possible candidates
• Plan and conduct orientation of new joiners
• Handling the HR confidential data (Employees files-hard copies & soft copies, Employee Salary Summary Sheet , Employee Information Sheet etc.), review ,update and maintain
• Assist in the implementation of the employee Separation process, Resignation,
terminations and exit interviews
