Summary

I am currently involved in overseeing the implementation of a Food and Nutrition Security project aimed to building resilience through improved nutrition in the districts of Sindh,Balochistan,Punjab and KP, for this collaborating with partner organizations under the platform of Welthungerhilfe (WHH). I brings a wealth of experience in humanitarian and development work, having worked with various Non-Governmental Organizations, including Action Against Hunger (ACF), Save the Children (SC), Nutrition International through Shifa Foundation, and other national organizations.


The latest accomplished task involved working with Action Against Hunger (ACF), which was also a multisectoral project implemented through partner organizations across various districts in Sindh.


I have held administrative and technical positions, such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Health and Nutrition Officer, and Nutrition Officer in various projects throughout Sindh. The implementations under my management, whether self-implemented or through partner organizations, encompass Health, Nutrition, FSL, and WASH.


In all assignments or roles, I have shouldered responsibilities to guarantee the implementation of the country strategy. This includes coordinating and networking with stakeholders, providing operational facilitation including troubleshooting, adapting best practices address challenges and enhancing operational efficieincy, overseeing logistics, managing budgets, recruitment of HR, conducting capacity building for project and line department staff, offering on-the-job coaching, ensuring transparency and accountability, incorporating lessons learned into planning adjustments, and organizing workshops based on project requirements. Importantly, all these efforts are carried out in alignment with the organization's various policies and procedures.


I have actively participated in various researches and surveys, encompassing SQUEAC/SLEAC, KAP, Baseline, PDM. Additionally, have been involved in BCC campaigns and the design of content for BCC or IEC. My expertise extends to evaluating data and establishing trend analysis during the implementation period.


The culmination of my experience and skills position me as a professional adept at contributing to the design of project proposals. I excel in supervising multiple projects concurrently while concurrently cultivating internal and external relations and operational processes.
