The latest accomplished task involved working with Action Against Hunger (ACF), which was also a multisectoral project implemented through partner organizations across various districts in Sindh.
I have held administrative and technical positions, such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Health and Nutrition Officer, and Nutrition Officer in various projects throughout Sindh. The implementations under my management, whether self-implemented or through partner organizations, encompass Health, Nutrition, FSL, and WASH.
In all assignments or roles, I have shouldered responsibilities to guarantee the implementation of the country strategy. This includes coordinating and networking with stakeholders, providing operational facilitation including troubleshooting, adapting best practices address challenges and enhancing operational efficieincy, overseeing logistics, managing budgets, recruitment of HR, conducting capacity building for project and line department staff, offering on-the-job coaching, ensuring transparency and accountability, incorporating lessons learned into planning adjustments, and organizing workshops based on project requirements.
