Implementation of IMS as Management Representative (MR)
To assure the implementation of Quality Management System
To communicate and respond on regulatory and compliance affairs
To prepare Dossiers for export products
To conduct the Personnel Trainings and employee development sessions
To manage and control the Environment as Standardized by regulatory and compliance authorities
To ensure that processes are being conducted according to proposed procedures
To create and write the documents like SOPs, Formats, Qualification and Validation Protocols, BMRs, other documents.
To conduct Risk and Opportunity studies and pre-process Risk studies
To conduct Vendor/ Supplier Audits for Vendor Evaluation and approval
To establish and conduct Qualifications i.e. Equipment Qualification, Vendor/ Supplier Qualification, Raw and Packaging Material Qualification and Validations like Process Validation, Water Validation, Cleaning Validation, Method Validation, etc.
To schedule and report Internal Quality Audits
To manage the Implementation and Documentation of National and International Standards like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, DRAP, HACCP, HALAL, GMP etc.

To deal with all legal and Regulatory Affairs of concerning departments like Punjab Food Authority, PSQCA, FDA, etc.
To perform analytical operations regarding the testing of Raw Material and Finish Goods
To ensure the maintenance and calibration of Laboratory equipments
To assure the standard quality of finished products
To manage and control the Standard Hygienic Environment
To ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas and Production personnel.
To Supervise the Integrated Pest Management System.
To Supervises duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers and ensures discipline
To Ensures on the job training of production personnel.
To Ensures that all production equipment is maintained in good working order.
To maintain records of QC and QA Department.
To manage the Documentation of National and International Standards like ISO 9001:2015, FSSC-22000, HACCP, PS, PFA, etc.
