Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process 2. Conduct exit interviews 3. Ensure complete overall performance appraisals are received and compile the results and share the results with the management4. Development of different departments/supervisor performance perception satisfaction survey and their analysis 5. Preparation of payroll sheet6. Coordinating and processing EOBI and TAKAFUL Insurance. 7. Collaborate with respective departments to manage administrative and logistic concerns ensuring a smooth training process.8.
