Assistant Manager - taxation
Researching and resolving all tax matters.
Managing process for tax notices, alleviating exposures to penalties and interests.
Maintaining all business licenses and exemptions.
Monthly Reconciliation of Rule 44.
Reconciling all General Ledger (GL) accounts relating to taxes for month-end closings, ensuring correctness and accuracy.

Act as a liaison to auditors and state agencies to ensure that all issues are resolving accurately and timely manner.

Assistant Manager (Payable)
Check and post vouchers and payments of contractors and vendors.
Check and post journal vouchers of Advance payments to vendors.
Supervision of Journalizing of Assets, Liability and Expenses.
Analysis of the payable ageing report.
Analysis of cash imprest payments.
Cost flow analysis and budgeting.
Monitoring the Labor cost sheet.
Supervise assistants regarding bank reconciliation and dealing with the banks.
Prepare Monthly Report and send it to the financial controller (Chartered Accountant).

Manage credit lines i.e. Running Finance Facility and Foreign letter of Credit (LC).
Manage overall Banking relationships (40 Bank Accounts with 7 banks including all major banks).
