. Timely collection of data/ information for maintaining database.. Daily basis data entry in the database in close liaison with District Education Officer and MEAL Officer. Validation of data and information of beneficiaries in Data Entry System on daily basis.. Data collection from field staff and sharing information with District Education Officer and MEAL Officer on daily basis.. Record keeping in hard and soft of all the data uploaded in the databases.. As a main custodian, database assistant shall share the data as desired by Field Programe Coordinator, District Education Officer and MEAL Officer.. Supporting the field staff in accurate data collection on the already developed tools.. Digitization/ data entry in database, refinement and analysis for generation of progress report. Maintain proper backup of all the record to preserve for smooth and authentic record.. Capacity building of field staff in terms of data collection methods, tools for application in field gaps identified in data collection process.. Progress sharing regarding data entry with District Education Officer and MEAL Officer on daily basis.. Any other task related to project or project activities assigned by immediate supervisor.
