Specialist in assembly of robotic crawlers, includes mechanical, pneumatic and electrical/electronic systems that can be used in pipelines at site.
Develop robotic training program and perform trainings for maintenance staff to understand schematic, operation and troubleshooting of robots on-site/off-site.
Provide field services and can travel 50 of the day as a roving maintenance on critical breakdown on-site.
Maintain technical documentation resulting in shared knowledge of issues and lessons learned.
Work with Research and Development department (R&D) to meet all robotic crawlers specifications, such as grit blasting and vaccuming robot, powder/liquid coating application robot, and inspection robot.
Work with quality department on quality standards of all robotic crawlers.
Fabrication parts, designing/selecting robotic systems, run simulation, implementation, and commissioning.
Assist production staff in all quality and process related topics and issues
Broad exposure to embedded control systems, mechanical, and electrical design and development practices including common engineering tools used for such efforts with detailed knowledge.
Perform electrical/electronic diagnosis, recommend repair/replace as needed. Such as, relay, contactor, limit swith, proximity sensor, fuse, camera, LED, amphenol, speed controller, modem, microwave systems, gecko drive, porosity detector, DFT-meter etc.
Perform mechanical/pneumatic diagnosis, such as motor, gearbox, air compressor, air tank, pressure switch, mac valve, changeover valve, linear actuator, pressure gauge, stepper motor etc.
Resolve complex issues in creative, efficient, and effective ways.

Design/Demonstrate audio or video solutions for clients as per their requirements.
If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customers expectation and initial proposals.
Monitoring network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made.
Installing, configuration and troubleshooting network routers, switches, load balancers, and internet security devices.
Creating user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes.
Resolving network related issues in a timely manner.
Implementing security policies using ACL, Firewall, IPSEC, SSL, and VPN.
Dealt with monitoring tools like network packet capture and Wire-shark, etc.
