My name is amjad iqbal and i have done my graduation in civil engineering from UET Taxila in 2016 and I have completed my Master's degree in Project Management in 2019 from UMT Lahore. I have experience in all types of civil engineering works at managerial and professional level. My aim is to work hard and perform my assigned duties and responsibilities timely and diligently.
• To plan, manage and supervise the ‘’Punjab Cities Program’’ in South Punjab which is being executed by PMDFC, Local government and community development department (LG&CD) and 16 partner Municipal committees. Projects of water supply, sewerage, parks, roads, GBS etc. are being executed.
• To plan, manage and supervise the Projects of Water supply, sewerage, roads, Parks, street lights and general bus stands etc. in the Municipal committees with consultants.
• To Coordinate all project activities including project tasks, schedules and any other aspect of the project
• To Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas, schedules and minutes of meetings
• Coordinate closely with regional teams for smoothly carrying out project activities
• Maintaining complete documentation of projects
• Formal Reporting to management for the overall project performance.
Responsibilities:
• Overall Planning and managing the Projects.
• Coordination with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
• To Coordinate all project activities including project tasks, schedules and any other aspect of the project
• To Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas, schedules and minutes of meetings
• Coordinate closely with regional teams for smoothly carrying out project activities
• Maintaining complete documentation of projects
• Formal Reporting to management for the overall project performance.
• Supervision and Inspection of the construction activities to assure quality according to specifications.
• Conducted inspections of construction sites on regular basis monitoring the progress and quality of the construction activities.
• Monitoring progress of work to ensure key performance indicators of cost, time and safety were achieved.
TO overall manage the projects from initial stage to closing stage. As a project engineer i have the responsibilities of managing all the projects. All the works like planning, schedling, time management,cost control, quality control etc are included in my responsibilities.
