1. Lady Health Worker Evaluation Program Supported by UNICEF and Ministry of Health Date: 5th May, 2019 to 31st May, 2019
2. Third Party Beneficiary Feedback, Operational Review and Monitoring of BISP Date: (2-13) July 2019, (27 Nov-7 Dec) 2018, and (7-31 ) October 2018
3. Complementary Feeding Practices in Pakistan supported by UNICEF and Ministry of Health Date: 16th Oct, 2017 to 11th Nov, 2017
Key Responsibilities:
As Logistic Coordinator/Field Researcher, I performed the following duties:
o Managed and Supervised field data collection team
o Provided administrative and logistical support during field activities/events (transportation, venue bookings and invoice management etc.)
o Facilitated field team in data collection (FGDs, KIIs, IDIs and Community Dialogues).
o Coordination and communication with District Administration, Health Department, field team and OPM Core office Islamabad.
o Preparation of field reports.

Worked as Field Supervisor with National Institute of Population Studies (NIPS) under the project \"Pakistan Mother Mortality Survey 2019\" and performed the following responsibilities:
 Supervised and monitored field data collection team
 Provided logistic and administrative support to field team
 Coordinated and communicated with Provincial Government and NIPS Office Islamabad
 Mobilized community for household survey

Worked as Research Assistant on HEC funded project \"Islamic Charity and Social Development\" and performed the following duties:
 Assisted in research design and development of data collection tools
 Supervised and monitored data collection team
 Contributed in data cleaning, analysis and report writing
 Provided support in organization of national level seminars and workshops

Worked as Temporary staff in Research Evaluation and Monitoring Unit, British Council Islamabad on project \"Women in STEM\"

worked with GFA-GIZ on Safe Blood Transfusion Project and performed the following activities:
 Contributed in preparation/digitalization of documents for national workshop “The Role of BDOs in Promoting VNRBD”.
 Coordination and logistic arrangements for participants of workshops.
 Provided support in conduction of workshops.
 Compilation of workshop proceedings

As Research Assistant, provided assistance in completion of the following three major projects:

Child Protection System Mapping & Assessment (FATA)  Supported by UNICEF
 Action Planning & Budgeting KPK” supported by UNICEF
Baseline Survey on “Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) in Schools of District Muzaffar Garh” and “Policy Analysis on MHM” Supported by WaterAid.
