Recruitment and Selection
Ensure necessary approval from country office.
Prepare longlisting and Share with program manager for furthers shortlisting Process.
Schedule Interviews and make necessary arrangement including evaluation sheets, Mode of interviews, interview panel and Inform candidates about schedule time and address via email & Calls.
Conduct interviews and prepare questionnaire for difference positions
Ensure availability of job description copies to panel during interviews.
Update HR Section questions and measure the how smartly candidate answer the questions.

Onboarding & Orientation
Conduct orientation session on policies and procedures.
Collect documents from employee and ensure all files completed as per audit checklist
Coordinate with operation department for issuance of employee id cards.
Ensure Joining form should be completely filled.
Update Employee information in HRIS and prepare payroll accordingly.
Request for the generation of employee contract to HR Department Islamabad.
Payroll, Timesheet and Leaves, Employee Exit Management
Prepare Monthly payroll of staff with all supporting documents including Leaves, Timesheet, exit form if any employee resigned.
Develop Leave balance of staff and communicate them total leaves for each month as per pro rata formula.
Ensure complete handing and taking over from resigned employee and process their salaries and gratuity.
Health, Life Insurance & EOBI
Collect Data from newly recruit staff for health & Life insurance.
Manage health claims tracker and follow up on pending claims.
Manage addition and deletion of employees through insurances format.
Ensuring newly hired should be EOBI registered.
Offer & Contract Letter, Addendum Experience Letter Management
Issue Offer letter via email to selected candidates after completion of interviews.Coordinate with HR Operation Islamabad for generation of staff contract.
Request of addendum to HR Department Islamabad for extension of employment contract.
Provide experience letter to previous worked staff.
Training and development
Prepare TNA based on annual appraisals of employees and make trainings plan.
Mitigate the risk of conflict by taking proactive measures and arrange sessions on conflict resolution techniques.
Arrange performance management sessions for staff to promote professional behavior and support their learning and development.
Perform of the recruitment process including preparation of Time Sheets, Leave records, Payroll.
Organize and facilitate Donor for arranging PSEA training among staff.
