Course Preparation: Develop syllabus, lesson plans, and instructional materials for each course you teach, ensuring they align with the curriculum and learning objectives set by the university.
Lectures and Class Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative lectures, incorporating various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, multimedia presentations, and demonstrations to facilitate student learning.

·         Provide technical support to Planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting priority interventions and flood response plans on PRSEAH in the health sector.
·         Coordination, Participation, and follow-ups in UN interagency and other provincial coordination and sectoral TWGs meetings as well as with corporate partners and contractors.
·         Liaison with district and provincial health authorities for implementation of interventions in flood-affected districts of respective duty provinces.
·         Monitoring and reporting of activities as well as support in the development of progress updates and donor technical and financial reporting.
·         Support strengthening of health facility-based and community-based outreach and integrated health care, psycho-social support, counseling, and referral services associated with PRSEAH.
·         Support in developing and managing SEAH response case management data from flood-affected districts.
·         Any other assignment assigned by the supervisor.

• Prepare Monthly performance report (MPR) and Weekly Progress Report (WPR). Planning and preparation of Annual & Bi-Annual project activities.

• Proactively design, develop, undertake assessments, analysis of data collected and document lessons learned for future programming purposes, create approaches for utilization of data for decision making. Develop researches and briefing papers.
• Establish and implement standards, procedures and best practices for monitoring and evaluation of programs. Assist in developing and improvement in materials, modules for training and sessions for change in knowledge, attitude and practices and measuring the changes.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure that all necessary documentation/MoVs are available. Develop effective and user friendly reporting formats.
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to project staff to ensure efficient and accurate participatory M&E and PMEP actualization

• Prepare a psychosocial counseling program for the project.
• Arrange and conduct psycho-social/trauma counseling sessions for refugees
• Conduct home visits and preparing applicant’s socio-economic profiles.
• Making lists for financial assistance and the expense sheets for the beneficiaries and liaison with finance department.
• Initiate discussions and regular meetings with regards to improving communication and coordination between aid organizations with operations
• Provide support to the project manager to collect documents and share information with other programs.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager
• Refer clients to specialists or to other institutions/organizations for non-counseling treatment of problems.
• Advise clients on how they could be helped by counseling.

·      Organize and conduct awareness/sensitization sessions on SRH needs and RH rights with peer educators, and conduct workshops /seminars in the project working area on HIV/AIDS safe motherhood, unsafe abortion, and adolescent RH issues.
