Summary
I am a Law graduate (LLB) with additional qualification of M.A Political Science. In addition, have in hand more than eight years diverse experience in social sectors and development field particularly in protection of human right and emergency relief .i.e Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Bar Council, SACH-struggle for change (Implementing partner of United Nation High Commission For Refugees), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and International Rescue Committee (IRC). I have ample experiences of case handling and representation in courts, Protection, dealing refugees and IDP's as well as imparting training to Police Officials, Public Prosecutors and other stakeholders on Refugee law, Human right law, Fundamental rights in the Constitution of Pakistan and UDHR. Moreover, I also deal civil, criminal, family and corporate cases o in district, session and high court level.
Currently i am working as a practicing lawyer in district court and high court Peshawar.
