ActivitiesConduct technical feasibilities for flood effected communities infrastructure schemes.Conduct field water quality tests for all water supply schemes (gravity, hand pumps, dug wells etc.)Train masons / artisans on schemes design and engineering techniques.Objective 2 Technical SupervisionActivitiesDevelop BOQs and design for culturally appropriate, environmentally sound, disaster resilient and sustainable WASH facilities and rehabilitation work like, hand pumps, community and Govt CPI schemes in target areas.Supervise all construction works related to water supply and sanitation including sanitation platforms, masonry foundations, laying of pipes.Supervise installation and start-up of operations of all water supply, latrine construction activitiesDesign WASH and community physical infrastructure as per requirement and engineering standards.Prepare technical designs and BOQs and ensure that all the construction work is implemented as per approved designs and engineering standards and share with relevant government department if necessaryEnsure storage and delivery of related materials, equipment, tools and consumables on work site and maintenance of proper records.Plan and supervise all other environmental sanitation activities including waste drainage Lobbing / Advocacy and capacity building of target area beneficiaries.Conduct monthly evaluation of program activities to determine the success of interventions, write routine progress reports and recommend changes in program activities to Project officer.Support logistic department in procurement of construction material and ensure safe storage in communityHandover all completed schemes to beneficiaries and line departments.Perform other duties as required related to construction.Objective 2 CoordinationActivities1.
