Preventive & corrective maintenance of all the most modern STS & RTG gantry cranes of the terminal through IBM Maximo Asset Management software.
Monitor and execute timely maintenance of all electrical and Control equipments such as motors, transformers, switchgears, Drives, control panels, PLC, to ensure least down time. Ensure that standby equipment is operational for emergency use.
Troubleshooting and fault analysis of the Electrical and Instrumentation control system.
·Monitor work carried out by sub-ordinate to ensure adherence of the standard specifications for maintenance and maintenance schedule, and recommend improvement wherever necessary during schedule / unscheduled shutdown. Fixing priority of maintenance work to arrange maintenance program for shutdown period.
Maintain all related work of 13.3 megawatt power house.
Maintain inventory of equipments parts.
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different maintenance activities.
