Worked with AiD-ERDA as a District Coordinator Charsadda, Mardan and Mohmand. Worked with UN-FAO as a District Livelihood Coordinator South Waziristan (NMD)for two years. Worked as a Community Development and Livelihood Specialist with the FATA-Rural Livelihood and Community Infrastructure Project (RLCIP), a World Bank-funded Project for five (05) years. Prior to this, I worked as a Program Manager and Senior Social Organizer with FATA-Rural Development Project (FRDP), an ADB-funded Project. Also Worked as a Social Organizer with the South FATA Development Project (SFDP), an IFAD-funded Project and with Naurang Development Organization. Likewise, I had worked as a Field Coordinator with Idara-e-Khidmat-e-Khalq (IKK) and have a total professional experience of about 19 years.
• Ensure project implementation in accordance with USAID’s and organization’s regulations and procedures.

3. Supervised the creation of 281 COs and successful implementation of the planned actions with them for ‘improved service delivery’ at the local level,
4. Carried-out ‘capacity gap analyses of the targeted communities while keeping in view the relevant SOs of PCNA i.e. Ensure Provision of the Basic Services (SO-3) and Counter Radicalization and Foster Reconciliation (SO-4),
5. Supervised the design of CDD projects in conformity with the PCNA recommendations in collaboration with the AIUs, Local Indigenous Organizations (LIOs) and targeted COs, and assisted and guided them in the planning and implementation of those actions,
6. Conducted training/awareness programs with special emphasis on community involvement and social sector improvement in the crisis-sensitivity post conflict situations, and
7. Ensured coordination b/w the various stakeholders at PMU and local level, and arranged regular updates, briefing, etc.

FATA- RLCIP - a multi-sector development Project funded by the World Bank /Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF), is operational in the mandated four agencies of Bajaur, Mohmand, South and North Waziristan for the recovery, rehabilitation and livelihood support of the targeted crisis affected communities since April 12, 2012.
1. Facilitated and supported Village Organizations to identify and implement their preferred development actions.
2. Developed an overall strategy and assisted the Project’s partners in implementing the social transformation of COs to devolve power to local people for alleviating poverty,
3. Supervised and monitored the overall activities of FRDP as the head of the Social Sector at the agency level,
4. Assisted the project in arranging and conducting of workshops and seminars for PIU staff to conceptualize the project approach for Community Development,
5. Coached and supported the field staff to assist women in implementing their Community Development Program under FRDP,
6. Assisted PMU/PIU in the preparation of community development plans and related modules; and ensured that the planned actions were executed in line with project objectives,
7. Prepared monthly progress reports and handled conflict resolutions at local level, and
8. Conducted TNA/TNI assessments of the Social Mobilization staff.

FATA Rural Development Project (FRDP) – an Asian Development Bank and Govt. of Pakistan funded project, was aimed to alleviate poverty through the targeted interventions in the fields of agriculture, forestry and irrigation while addressing community preferred needs of clean drinking water and provision of ‘productive service infrastructure’ in the three tribal agencies of Khyber, Mohmand and Bajaur.
1. Organized and mobilized local communities at Village level.
2. Raised awareness amongst the local communities regarding the Project’s interventions,
3. Identified and trained community extension workers through consensus with the targeted VOs for different trainings at local level,
4. Facilitated and coached community organizations in the identification of their gross-out problems, and strengthened their linkages with the relevant line departments,
5. Organized and imparted Office Bearers Training to the targeted communities at VO level,
6. Ensured linkages of the targeted community groups with the project’s Sector Specialists, Government and Non-Governmental Organizations,
7. Reviewed and complied monthly/quarterly progress reports of the community mobilizers,
8. Assisted the Project Manager in project’s presentation and reporting, and
9. Supervised and monitored the field activities of the project (FRDP).
1. Played a leading role as an In-Charge of Social Organization Unit (SOU) in the formation and capacity building of Village-level Community Organizations;
2. Ensured that the process of Social Mobilization followed the principles of participatory sustainable development while conducting PRAs at local level,
3. Facilitated linkages of COs with each other as well as with line departments,
4. Identified/selected community activists and assisted them in the discharge of their duties,
5. Conducted training needs assessments and identification (TNA/TNI) of the community activists/office bearers and made necessary arrangements for their trainings,

South FATA Development Project, P&D Deptt. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was a multi-sector IFAD funded project which worked for poverty alleviation in the three tribal agencies of South Waziristan, North Waziristan and Kurram.
