Banking Services Group (Post Live Helpdesk Support)
· Worked as Manager T-24 Desk at Allied Bank Limited for resolution of end user issues.
· Support to branches at regional level for post live issues arises time to time at branches on Temenos T-24.
· Post-Live training of resources and branch staff on T-24 Live.
· Customization of templates as per user issues raised time to time.
· Allied Bank launched a Project for converting its old Uni-Bank system into state of the art banking software Temenos T-24.
· The undersigned was assigned the duty for migration of different Bank branches’ financial and Non-financial data into ‘Temenos T-24 and post migration support in live Environment.
· Conducted review of 45 ABL Bank branches for migration on live environment of ‘Temenos T-24 core banking system.
· Designing modules and its solutions to transform system as per business needs, after collecting, documenting and validating the data after risk and impact assessment.
· Validate the software in the test environment to address the possible problems and development of different customized modules with the experts from Temenos.
· The undersigned was also responsible for conducting training to the staff about the software during Rollout and In-house activities.
ABL management selected 220 professionals as MTO in January 2011 for its Bank future management and conducted three-month training. After two weeks they screened 10 potential persons, granted them Rs. 15000/month additional salary rise and put them to more rigorous training of branch operations and new core banking software T-24 under supervision of experts from project management.
I was privileged to be one of these ten trainees.
