Summary

I have always been quite welcoming to be a part of new things. I never limit or judge my capabilities that is why whatever I do I give it my best. As, there is always room for possibilities and miracles. I can be a good leader because I turn out to be one everytime, sometimes because of my nature and at times because of the environment (people) who find their leader in me. My personality is a mixture of flexibility and affability that is why I collaborate well with people. I am open to quote my suggestions/opinions and to listen to what others have to offer because communication is the key and its better to face the complexities than to sit on it.
