• Resourceful in the completion of projects, effective at multi-tasking and managing Govt projects
• Liaising with client (S.P.B.U.S.P), executing agency (WASA), consultants and other professional staff of the project.
• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Supervising contracted staff.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
