Recruitment executive is a senior position with a high level of responsibility. Recruitment executives work closely with client companies, building working relationships in order to understand each company's recruitment needs. Part of the role involves attracting suitable candidates through advertising in print, broadcast and online media, as well as through networking, headhunting, recommendations and referrals. Responsibilities:
Primary JD: Team Lead for entire communication & handling of the organizational various projects which consist of twelve resources & three major projects including, Channel distribution, Viewership Management (TRP), distribution management & corporate relationship building with the entire Pakistani media industry.
Secondary JD: Complete project related coordination with organization planning & development department for projects targets & deadlines, software department for system related changes & improvements, broadcasting for TRP related installations & data, Distribution department for channel distribution & core PR department for handling guests.
Tertiary JD: Performance Management of all the twelve resources, career progression of team members, achieving targets & deadlines through team on time. Handling new projects initiated by the organization. Following are the projects I have worked at its launch;
1: MediaVoir (Communication handling through team for MediaVoir – A revolution in TRP Industry)
2: BG Devices (Communication handling through team for BG Devices via live chat & phone)
3: Free Insaaf (Communication handling through team for providing judicial assistance to people of Pakistan – free of cost) -

All the projects marked with me are major projects of the organization & is directly handled by the head of organizational planning & development in liaison with CEO. My role in all the projects is successful execution through communication team, software department, broadcasting & channel distribution.

My previous experience is of recruitment at Axact, the parent company of BOL. Due to extra ordinary management skill, multi-tasking, complex tasks handling. I was cherry picked by the head Organizational Planning & Development by the recommendation of Head Of Human Resources for handling the above mentioned projects. All the projects were assigned to me one by one & because of excellent results various projects are currently marked under my supervision.

My previous experience is of International Sales at Axact, due to organization decision design unit in middle east region was being shut down, but due to my extraordinary management skills, qualifications, client handling I was transferred to Human Resource department as an HR Recruiter.
