 Responsible for accurately reporting to CFO regarding accounts & tax functions. Diligently involving in preparation of financials statements and presenting it to the management on monthly basis.
 Reviewing and supervising monthly withholding income tax statements / annual income tax & sales tax returns filling.
 Meticulously overseeing accounting activities, designing policies and procedures; providing valuable input to improve business functions.
 Responsible for implementation of ERP financial modules (Like, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivables, P2P, Payroll, GL etc.)
 Gather requirements from users and develop processes and documentation that support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
 Lead and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training.
 Responsible to provide ongoing functional support: identify system enhancement and managing errors / bug fixes.
 Managing a company\'s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
 Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
 Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Tax offices.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements for management and for external audit.
Liaising with external audit for conduct of audit of half yearly and annual financial statements.
Recording of financing (short term and long term) from bank and maintain legal documents, preparation of markup on financing.
Keep a close eye on financial covenants and present to management about the any unfavorable situation.
Preparation of monthly/annual withholding tax statements, annual return of income tax for onward submission to tax department.
Computations of taxable income, income tax liability and advance income tax both for financial statement and filing purposes.
Preparation of replies of notices served by Commissioner of Income tax and sales tax.
