Manage the planning and operations of a knitting unit of 1200 machines.
Identifies bottleneck procedures; Coordinates with PPC team to notify of any non-synchronization of raw material availability; Formulates a plan for any shortfalls being faced in order execution. 
Acquires daily reports related to the quantity produced and wastages of knitting machines; Liaises with QA to seek their approval on the quality of socks being produced.
Communicate on a continuous basis to resolve any queries of the finishing department related to order execution. Coordinate to provide any changes in the order being made by the client and provides guidance to the processing team to resolve their queries. Gets notification on the shortfall of the orders. Acquires and incorporates any changes to be made in the order shared by PPC.
To resolve production problems in knitting, stitching, finishing, and packing and ensure the shipment on delivery. 

• To computerized all the process of Design Studio, CAD,Product Development.
• Training & Development (Internal & External), using Training Need Assessment (TNA) throughout the factory for all three levels (Top, Middle & Line management)
• Providing accurate data to the management for control and evaluation.
• Monitoring the manufacturing processes and systems.
• Implementation of system formatting and create a unique online request system to reduce time.
• Look after PD matters regarding marketing, processes and implementation.
• Make monthly reports for revise data during month and about repeat requests.

To computerized all the process of sample rooms.
To maintain & improve the computerized system of PDU for zero fault & RFT sampling.
To coordinate with R&D sampling store and merchandisers for the smooth timely and acoording to the quality standard of customers sampling.
To findout the reasons for delay and sort them out by selling the issues.
To move the fabric,garments timely to their destination to reduce the pressure on the system for smooth and effective working.
Implementation of computerized online pd system in AMS for PDU process and following areas have seem improvements(i) Timely process completion.(ii) Products manufactured in according to customer standards in first go.(iii) Better communication with allied departments like R&D,sample store and merchandising.
