Summary

Responsibilities as Import/Export Manager

 Responsible to manage all the communication, documentation and dealings with import vendors, export customers, freight and clearing agents.
 To supervise all the required documents for customs and banks regarding import and export shipments.
 Manage different type of documentation e.g. duty drawback, re-export, postdated cheques etc.
 Preparing and providing all the details of import and export that are required by the top management.
 Supervise the maintaining of import record manually as well as on computer.
 Vast Experience in Handling Bank EE-I/EF-I
 Supervise the maintaining of export shipment record
 Keep complete follow-up of export payments adjustment to till PRCs
 Efficient in Local and international correspondence.
 Vast Experience in Handling Import/Export Department.
 Keep complete follow-up of bank (from documents dispatch till payment clearance.
 Complete follow-up of consignment till delivery to customer
 Custom Duty Drawback (Rebate) & other subsidies from Government if any.
 Maintain total records relating to all Export Activities.
 Keep complete follow-up to cargo
 Browsing, Surfing, Mailing, Uploading, Downloading etc.
 Formal, Informal Official Correspondence & Documentations, etc.
Responsibilities as assist to Senior Merchandiser
 To collect the PO (purchase order) from buyer.
 To prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.
 To break down the order sheet
 to set up internal order list
 to monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement.
 To ensure buyer approval.
 To make sure productions follow up.
 To maintain product quality.
 To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instruction.
 To ensure smooth shipment process.
 Coordination & follow up with other departments.
