Throughout my experience I have also attended trainings on Vaccination and Immunization, School Safety Plans, Community Mobilization, Health and Hygiene Promotion, GBV and RH, SRHR of Flood Victims, and Monitoring in Emergencies conducted by renowned National and International organizations such as Save the Children, WFP and UNICEF.


I started work with community development foundation where I carry out Social Mobilization in rural communities, conducting participatory appraisals and create awareness. Identify problems and examine solution before incorporating them in final resolutions by the community then I had worked in Apex consulting Pakistan as Field Monitoring Officer and I have monitored all UNICEF interventions carry out by its implementing partners in emergencies in district Shikarpur and Jacobabad. After that I had join Save the Children as in different positions even in MEAL department as MEAL assistant.

1. Participate in the three-days field staff training session conducted by the CAS consultant firm in Hyderabad. They must thoroughly go through the survey methodology and its implementation and review quantitative and qualitative survey tools and manuals.
2. Conduct regular assessments in the field, including qualitative component. Prior to field visit, they should get the daily field plan of the teams working in the district where QCS intend to visit. Each monitor/ QC supervisor has to cover two districts and will be responsible to cover each team in sequential or random order.
3. The QC supervisor will ensure that the consultants field supervisors/ monitors are conducting spot checking and random validation of at-least one questionnaire of each enumerator, and assuring proper implementation of the survey.
4. Be sure that the supplies (weighing scale, height board, MUAC tapes, carrying bags, spare questionnaires & modules, field manual, necessary stationary i.e. pen/pencils, staplers, note pads, weights , etc.) are adequately distributed to each field staff, and in good working condition.
5. Obtain sample household listing and/or maps for each cluster/village/area in which CAS team will be working and discuss any special problems; Get information independently about the cluster i.e. how many household (with pregnant mother of child under five years of age and/or lactating mothers) in the village, sampling intervals are observed accordingly, etc., as per methodology.
6. The QC supervisors have knowhow if anthropometric measurement skills and calibration of weighing scales, so that they can properly review the performance of measurers. Conduct periodic monitoring trips to project sites and do random checks using the standard monitoring formats.
