· Preparing work schedules, assigning workers to shifts, and managing a team of workers who perform tasks such as picking up supplies, loading and unloading trucks
· Supervising subordinates to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
· Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
· Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
· Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that orders are filled in a timely fashion
· Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
· Scheduling meetings with clients to discuss business needs or goals
· Communicating with customers to answer questions or resolve problems they may have with products or services
· Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
· Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
· Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
· Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
· Attending the trainer programs arranged by the relevant company on the assigned activities
· Plan the programs in close collaboration with the operations manager & Director Client Services
· Disseminate the briefing to all the team members on the assigned projects
· Act as Brand Ambassador in certain consumer and trade marketing activities
· Ensure that the team delivers on the agreed objectives with the relevant client/customer
· Develop & report the performance back to the senior management
· Analyze the key data and provide input on the areas for improvement
