I’m Muntaha Arshad. I hold a degree in Nutrition sciences from UMT. I have always been into Nutrition and diet, how it can help improve human health that’s why I chose this field as my career.
Along with my studies I did internships in FMH, Services, Farooq and Suraiyya Azeem Hospital as Clinical and Community Nutritionist.
I am working as Clinical Nutritionist through my Instagram which is @nutrichdiet where I provide online consultation and guide people about healthy lifestyle, weight loss /gain and nutrition therapy for various diseases.
My social media and , diet management and counselling skills help me get clients day by day.
I have been on Lahore news channel and fb live as Nutritionist guest where i talked about food intake, weight loss, diabetes and stuff like that.
