Develop and maintain strong coordination and critical relationship with key stakeholders including local and provincial government, civil society organization, MFIs, Local Support Organizations (LSOs), media groups and community representatives/ influencers; for successful and sustainable implementation of projects initiatives;
Designing, Planning and conducting Rapid Local Market assessment to identify most demanded trades along with critical review of TVET gray areas including employability constraints, TVET centers weaknesses, women participation issues and challenges;
Representing ACTED in different national and international forums including Pakitan and Belgium;
Technical and critical review of TVET service providers and guiding as according to prior need and training trade requirements;
Identification, screening and selection of deserving youth for skill development with ultimate objectives of income generation and self-reliance;
Review existing TVET modules and recommend the appropriate modification in order to increase its productivity;
Development of new modules for market demanded trades and getting its certification through appropriate authorities;
Project Management and coordination in two districts i-e District Badin and Kashmore;
Coordination with University of Manahiem, Germany for project pre-post impact evaluation by creating target and control groups of youth;
Ensure administrative and logistic support required to implement program activities in the district;
Ensure recording, updating and maintaining proejct finance and compliance records/matters;
