Summary
✓ To present the incoming raw material and other accessories supplier’s evaluation report in monthly review meeting.
✓ To help and prepare documents for company as well as OEM customer (Indus, Hino, Millat and Al-ghazi)
✓ To ensure the uniform quality of in-process, semi-finished and finished products.
✓ To handle the customer complaints relating to quality issues.
✓ To plan and conduct the internal Audits relating to QMS.
✓ To arrange the management review meetings.
✓ To control and maintain all documents / procedures as per ISO 9001:2008 standard.
✓ To ensure that all relevant documents / procedures are available at the point of use.
✓ To monitor production processes
✓ To move ‘corrective action required” report if any non-conformance product produced
✓ To reduce material handling that affects products
✓ Cooperating in the development and testing of new product
✓ Other responsibilities given by reporting Head
✓ Member of implementing Team of ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015
