• To create business relation and develop sales from Architects, builders and contractors.
• To create sales demand of ready mix mortar, dry bond on project to project.
• Plan visits and organize meetings in interior Sindh and develop business through both retail market and projects.
• Responsible to achieve targeted forecast and payment collection timely.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.
• Prepare quotation, collection, site visit reports.
• Maintain technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, and support technical services to architects and their contractors.
• Arrange meeting with architects, builders and consultants and to give them presentation on products.

• Design and implementation of quality control programs according to BS EN standards regulations.
• Responsible for quality assurance at all stages of production process.
• Calculating Area, yield, density, heat transfer, hydrostatic pressure, insulation calculation etc.
• Handling and preparing daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.
• Follow up of necessary corrective / preventive actions during the process.
• Responsible for employee’s health and safety and providing them (PPE)
• Recipe designing for construction materials according to requirement.
• Good hand on experience on complete testing including, water retention, sieve analysis, spreadibilty, air content, bulk density, fresh mortar density, tensile strength, open time, correction time, flexural strength compressive strength, slip testing, etc. of construction chemicals according to BS EN.
• Researching and developing new Recipe of products and cost reducing on our products through proper research and effective material and instruments at our laboratory.
