As a correspondent from Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) I am responsible to collect information through various modes such as personal interviews and news briefings to prepare news reports. Monitor daily events from GB and prepare reports. Coordinate with news editor and fellow reporters to develop story ideas for report writing. Maintain relations with news sources to develop story ideas and compile appropriate reports. Maintain knowledge on latest events and news to obtain news coverage of important and pertinent issues.

IPSS is a non-governmental organization working on peace and de-radicalization of youth. As a Project Officer my responsibilities entail; to develop concepts notes and proposals for small grants. Organizing meetings, events, takes care of administrative duties in the office and liaise with partner organizations. Assists and supports the Project Coordinator in coordination, work planning, reporting, partner liaison, networking and communication.

AKRSP is the pioneer organization in social development sector in Pakistan. As a Communication Consultant in the Monitoring and Research section of AKRSP, I am responsible to write Impact study (An assessment of youth in 76 LSOs in Gilgit, Baltistan and Chitral) in Northern Pakistan - a component of Enhancing Employability and Leadership for Youth (EELY) project funded by DFTAD and AKF, Canada. My task entails qualitative and quantitative surveys, develop survey’s questionnaires, conducting Interviews, analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and write the final report of the study.

SPO is the largest rights-based organization in Pakistan. I was responsible to collect data from regional offices and develop projects Fact Sheets of projects, writing weekly and monthly reports. Write case studies and furnish success stories for publication Assist Program Officer MER in producing monthly vouchers, and work plan.
