Al MUZN is the Civil Construction Company & subcontractor of WARTSILA EUROPEAN POWER PLANT INSTALLATION COMPANY In KSA & I'm working as a HSE Engineer in this company on the Yamama Cement Project in Al Kharj.
my job responsibilities are.
Assist the Safety Officer during site inspections.
During initial response, document the hazard analysis process, hazard identification, exposure assessment and
controls.
Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work
plan.
Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.
Exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts.
Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas.
Ensure preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP)
Assign assistants and manage the incident safety organization. Ensure that all construction activities on the
construction are carried out in a safe manner and in adherence to the Company safety policy, statutory
regulations and guidelines
Ensure that all construction safety systems and equipment are in place, fully operational and correctly serviced
(e.g. station bills, firefighting systems, signs etc.)
Administer, monitor and audit the permit to work system
Conducts safety meetings and evaluate the safety aspects of proposed activities, also record any concerns raised
at these pre job meetings.
