• Monitor performance and impact against approved project LFAs/RBMs, and suggest/recommend changes to the Project Managers.
• Design and facilitate lessons learned sessions as required. Recommend any possible changes based on the lessons learned and suggest measure to improve the monitoring system;
• To undertake/prepare annual program review, process monitoring, operations monitoring, and lessons-learned workshops etc;
• Prepare monitoring work plans for related activities undertaken by IH partners and identify evaluation methodologies
• Support project staff in putting into practice of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) methods, data collection procedures to effectively monitor project performance and evaluate outcomes
• Establish data gathering mechanism, consolidating data against the program goals, and ensure timely and comprehensive flow of M&E information to relevant stakeholders
• Actively participate in the design and implementation of assessments, surveys, and evaluations
• Conduct periodic monitoring trips to the project sites, including random monitoring check for subcontracting activities and progress using standard monitoring tools as requested by the CM
• Fully document and disseminate results of all activities, accomplishments and innovations in the form of reports and presentations
• Ensure transparency in accounting, reporting and documentation of project activities, and ensure compliance with IH M&E policies
• Developing an M&E formats on the already design strategy of IH for the overall operation of IH
• Ensure both qualitative and quantitative monitoring and share the findings and feedback with the concern bodies on timely basis
• Perform other functions as directed by the Line Manager and his/her JD can be altered any time by the Supervisor as per the need of the organization
