 Goods Receiving of all the RAW, Semi Finish and Packaging materials in SAP with counter check on daily basis with 100 % Accuracy to ensure effective warehouse management and smooth running of Plant.
 Sent weekly detail to procurement and finance department of Bills and purse for payments daily to prevent any delay in supplies.
 Counter checked the Packing Material and F.GS with Store on weekly and monthly basis to avoid any problem on Quarterly stock count Audit.
 Daily Reporting of Production in SAP and Production data management in excel sheets for ensuring production reporting Compliance and assistance regarding operational KPI's Excellence for higher management.
 Also Printed the Daily PO's of SKU's and sent to Production Supervisor for entered the exact quantity of reel and cartons.
 Also Maintained Man Hours Sheet and OEE & GE Excel Base Data for Operational KPI.
 Supervision of Fire Fighting System in our Facility and Fire Fighting Team

 Use SAP for making sales order from all over the Punjab region.
 Make daily stock summary and share with zonal manager.
 Maintain all data on daily basis related to sales order.
 Taking all order through telephonic source.
