• Support IT team remotely all over Pakistan in new installations and maintenance of already installed IT products.

• Apart from Roche IT products, working on the installation and support of technologies ESXI 6.5 for virtualization, Windows server 2008 & 2012, Ubuntu operating system, cache databases, backups and restore services, vpn for remote access, networking and routing in hospital network for communication of laboratory instruments with LIS.

• Procurement of hardware server machines for IT product installations.

• Presentation and demonstration on vms to customers.

• Training to customers after installation.

• Manage and Maintain Organizational Network and All Networking devices in domain environment which includes MS Windows Server 2008 R2, MS Windows Server 2012 R2, MS SQL Server 2008 R2, MS Exchange Server 2010, CISCO Routers, CISCO VPN Router for remote network connections, CISCO 2960 Layer 2 Switches and 3750 Layer 3 Switches, Alcatel Layer 2 Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, TP-Link wireless AP’s, Wireless Lan Controller AC50 v1.0, Planet IPX 2100 voice gateway integrated with PSTN, Desktop PCs and Mobile devices.

• Installation, Configuration and maintenance of NVRs, DVRs for CCTV & IP Camera System, Bio-metric devices and Access control system, wireless routers, access points & repeaters.

• Maximizing Network Performance by Monitoring Performance, Troubleshooting Network Problems and Outages.
• Network Security, Disaster Recovery and Crises Management.
• Monitor Networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
• Working on VOIP switches (Digitalk & Nextone), Responsible for Retail and Wholesale Operations, Provisioning of A-Z destinations, Creation and Routing management of LCRs for different clients for different destinations.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting of live vtraffic of Retail and Wholesale VOIP switch partition (web-based enterprise management system, wire-shark).

• Operation and maintenance of BTS Sites (ZXSDR BS8800, ZXSDR BS8900, ZXSDR BS8906, BTS AE).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding BTS cards (control clock card, data channel and voice channel cards, fiber switch card for the connectivity of based band unit with radio system unit, site alarm card for the external alarms of the BTS sites), ODF, Cisco Routers, ZTE and Cisco Switches, Radio system units (RTRB and RTRD), DRS links (NEC’s Microwave links), ZTE’s indoor units, ZTE’s outdoor units, Base Band Unit (BBU31), External Alarm System (EAS Server DELL).
• BSC (Base Station Controller) 1900MHz and 450MHz maintenance and operation using NMS Net-numen (version M31).
• Provide daily work report.
