Summary
Ten years of working experience in development sector mainly focusing on water supply, sanitation and hygiene promotion (WASH) and DRR (Disaster risk reduction), Sustainable WASH programs and capacity building of staff (co-workers) community and line departments. I have good understanding about Project Proposals, development of Budget, LFA, DIP, program management, supervision, monitoring, technical back stopping, capacity building and international standards which helps me to provide trainings to my team on need bases and to accomplish set objectives within timeframe. In my Ten years' career in humanitarian sector, I have worked and lead teams all over Pakistan specifically in far-flung areas of Sindh and KP. Also I have worked in emergency responses of earth quake and flood disasters that hit Pakistan in 2005, 2010 and 2012 (In Kashmir, KP and Sindh) and displacement due to armed conflicts.
