- Process transportation billings in Oracle, including freight PR, PO, and GRR.


3. Export Documentation and Billing:
- Prepare and manage export documentation.
- Verify and process export port clearance billings.


4. Imported Raw Materials Tracking:
- Maintain detailed records of imported raw materials for efficient supply
chain management.


5. Sales Coordination:
- Collaborate with Sales team for local and international sales targets.


6. Load Management:
- Coordinate with Transporters and Sales Team to optimize load
management.
- Focus on adhering to NHA rules regarding Axle Load limits.


7. Transporter Contract Agreements:
- Ensure timely renewal of Transportation Agreements based on mutual terms.


8. Transporter Performance Assessments:
- Re-evaluate ongoing transporters based on performance analytics.


9. Dispatch Staff Performance Analysis:
- Assign objectives to Dispatch staff, review performance, and present reports
to HOD and GM.


10. Customs and Port Dealings:
- Interact with customs and port officials to facilitate smooth import and
export processes.


11. Operational Efficiency:
- Maintain smooth operations to prevent customer complaints.
- Implement Vehicle Loading Route Map In Factory for Smooth and Safe
Loading and Unloading operations by focussing on OHSE defined SOP\'s.


12. Handling of Large Consignments:
- Demonstrate experience in effectively managing export consignments up to
4500M tons and import consignments up to 20,000M tons.
- Oversee logistic movements requiring coordination with 112 and 250
vehicles.

   • Maintaining record for import and export goods. 
• Preparing all export documentation.
• Keeping track record of imported raw materials. 
• Coordinate with Marketing to achieve the targets of maximum sales local and Internationally.  
•Coordinate plans /orders with local and International clients as per requirement.

• Experience of effectively handling of export consignments up to 4500M. Tons and for Imports 20,000M and Tons with logistic movement requiring 112 and 350 vehicles.

• Prepare Cartons, Poly Bags and other Export raw  materials purchase requisition. 
• Handling Logistic & Shipping Matters.
• Closing Report for Leftover Goods,
• Setup planning and strongly follow up for shipments on time.
• Ware house & Finished Goods Storage Planning. 
• Make Packing list & Shipment Booking Documents, custom invoice, sales invoice in ERP. 
• Link to Supplier & Co-ordinate with Merchandiser. 
• Verify Export Consignments before Loading Plan.
 • Report to Manager Logistics.
