Site Supervisor
Managed all construction site activities, including coordination between the project Owner, Interior Designer, and Contractors, from foundation & superstructure to finishing works.
Supervised structural construction, including formwork, steel fixing, masonry, flooring, plastering, and MEP, including M&E installation of the passenger elevator according to drawings.
Supervised all finishing tasks, including tiling, woodwork (for multimedia walls, furniture, doors, cupboards, and cabinets), kitchen and bath fixture installation, false ceiling, stucco work, distempering, and wallpapering at Residential Villa, F-11 ISB.
Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, processed workers' pay bills, and maintained attendance records.
Supervisor
Responsible for the Supervision of the construction of underground water tanks, block masonry layout, lean for flooring, and level markings for suspended ceilings.
Managed teams of surveyors, form workers, steel fixers, masons, and laborers at the site. 3-Projects I've worked on Cluster-G Villas at Eighteen Islamabad.
Assistant Surveyor
Operated Total Station for topographical surveys, traverse surveys, and creating building foundation layouts.
Operated Auto Level for earthwork (cutting/filling) and adjusting levels (B.M., F.F.L., & S.S.L.) on site.
Interpreted drawings to create masonry layout, electrical, and openings layout for shuttering before concrete pouring.
