·          In their area, supervise the Social Franchise operations
·          Lead quality, entrepreneurship, branding, training, sales, and sustainability strategy implementation
·          To coach, mentor, and manage social franchise executives for effective implementation of the social franchise strategy
·          To coach, mentor, and lead social franchise executives in maintaining a productive relationship with franchisees and the ecosystem in the area
·          To ensure a list of customers is continually updated and ready and Workplan is made based on performance targets for each franchisee
·          Coach, mentor, and supervise social franchise executives to educate providers on women’s and girl’s health issues in the area and detail solutions
·          Ensure all providers in the franchise relate to Greenstar through a virtual portal
·          To ensure quality and ensure basic quality checks are in place for social franchisees and no franchisee is under non-compliance of local health care commission
·          To analyze data monthly on services reported and prepare reports for director social franchise
·          To achieve sales projections
·          To ensure that there is no stock out of Greenstar products
·          To identify new customers in the area
·          Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
