Coordinate with District TB Coordinator, Regional Coordinator, District Lab Supervisor, Private Healthcare Facilities, Private Labs and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the TB-DOTS under PPM project.
Carry out district mapping exercise if required, in consultation with the district health department (Chief Executive Officer-Health (CEO-H)/District Health Officer (DHO)/ and District TB Coordinator (DTC) under guidance of the Regional Coordinator

Validation of tb patients.
Distribution of food and dignity kit to the TB patients.

Responsible for communities’ social mobilization process for project/program implementations.

Prepare interim and final Program reports, as well as ad-hoc and situation update reports, for internal and external counterparts, including the donor, partners, government agencies and IOM offices, based on the Program objectives, regional and national work plans, as well as the timeline established in the Program document.
Provide support to national offices to monitor progress in implementing activities.
Regularly review M&E plans to ensure the relevance of activities with the objectives of the Program.
Monitor information collection and other actions to prepare documents that contribute to knowledge management and monitoring and evaluation of the Program.
Maintain a clear and accurate information collection system to ensure the Program Coordinator a close and systematic monitoring of the Program activities and its implementation status.
Alert the Program Coordinator in a timely manner about irregularities or challenges that arise for adequate decision making.

Participate in the village/beneficiary selection following the instruction of the WASH Project Manager;
Ensure community mobilization by organizing meeting before, during and after the project and by involving the villagers at all the steps of the project and in the decision taken;
Ensure good mutual understandings.

Responsibilities included WASH emergency response activities, increased awareness regarding Health and Hygiene, Hygiene promotion campaigns, distribution of NFIs, construction of emergency latrines, reporting on daily/ weekly basis and maintaining proper project related records.

Responsibilities included visiting beneficiaries at their homes to conduct interviews and collect demographic data. Creating survey sheets or working on predefined surveys to gather project relevant information. Conducting extensive and thorough visual surveys of areas covered during the procedure. Update and collect reports related to project.

Responsibilities included performed community visits, gathered information, verified effectiveness of program. Administered targeted questionnaires and gathered qualitative data from direct observation need and pre-project status. Completed all targeted reports. Conduct sessions for capacity building of community. Prepared detailed operational work plan and implement accordingly.
