Identify learning and development needs within the assigned areas through the completion of a training needs analysis through annual appraisals and regular consultation with respective clients.
Design Annual Training calendar based on Training Needs Analysis.
Assist Facilitators in carrying out pre and post training activities, for training programmes scheduled in accordance with bi-annual training calendar which includes: Preparation of attendance sheet and certificates, Reminder emails, Prepare folders, Compilation of evaluation ratings, Dispatching Monitoring Forms, Marking attendance online and filling program records and maintaining for future references.
Assist in trouble free logistics for all training programmes including availability of venue, required .equipment, regular and special stationary, photocopied and filed material, and provision of teas and lunch.
Maintain database of online training calendar.
Develop of training modules on the topics identified through TNA by developing learning objectives, creating methodologies and writing lesson plans.
Review of HR Learning and Development Polices. Ensuring the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
