Supervision of filing department and file scanning staff of Human Resource department
Responsible for the centralized personnel operations for filing/ scanning Department
Oversee the maintenance of employee record, including former employees closed file, new hires and status updates etc
To ensure employee data is correctly entered into the excel sheet and stored into the computer system through heavy duty scanner
Efficient organization through folders, categories and hyperlink for quick access & retrieval
Preparation of statistical reports of scanning project for senior management
To train personnel records & scanning team for repetitive processes

· Monitor manpower requirements and arrange for meeting the short term and long term needs for trained, competent, and motivated workforce in the System
· Review salary scales and structure and arrange to conduct periodic salary surveys
· Responsible for scrutinizing & short listing the CV’s
· Liaison with departments for scheduling interview
· Preparing assessment sheets, organizing & conducting Interviews
· Responsible for Making selection calls, Joining, documentation, data entry, Contract Preparation
· Formulation of Job Description in coordination with HOD’s
· Conducting Training & Orientation Sessions for New joiners
· Managing payroll & providing attendance record of staff on requirement
· Maintaining Leave Ledger & managing leave record of staff in HRIS
· Managing employee’s Resignations, Termination, Completion of Service Contract & Processing for clearance
· Managing Annual Performance appraisals from of staff
· Responsible for Issuance of experience certificates, Salary certificates, No objection certificate, On Job service certificates for Visa, Study, Bank Loan and other purposes
· Liaison with finance to disburse the salary, increments, supplementary & shares
· Maintaining Duty Rosters of staff in HRIS
· Providing Assistance to Facilitate External Audit and inspections of PMC, ISO & PHC
· Answering Queries, Disciplinary Issues & Counseling of employees
