• Manage MEP designs and implementation, including HVAC, pumping, Fire Fighting, Gas lines and piping systems from initiation through successful closure for new projects.• Consult on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.• Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification, regulatory and other requirements.• Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, scope of work, contract details and conditions.• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.• Collect all Equipment's Technical Data sheet/Specifications from vendors, drawings and compile in line with tender documents to prepare technical submittals.

Assist sales team in executing and achieving their territory and market business plansResolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification and installation.Commercial processes for quotation, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery of order, and resolution of return requests and quality issues.Prepare Equipment Technical Specifications / Material Requisitions, such as MechanicalSpecification and Mechanical Data Sheet.Develop, communicate, enforce and monitor effective Parts Department processes to ensureinternal and external customer satisfaction.Provided professional written and verbal communications and timely processing of quotationsand orders.Assist in stock control by proactively request items to ensure the availability of properinventory levels to fill a customer's needs.

Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components and systems.
Installs new Heating and Air Conditioning systems and related accessories according to company, safety, and manufacturer's specifications.
Plan and manage projects, prepare material, cost timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems.
Supervise and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites.
Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.
Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for installations & maintenance.
Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review approved designs,calculations and cost estimates.

I was placed at Unit 4 and 5. These units were built by China known as Phase 2. They have the capacity to generate 210 MW. I have worked in many areas in the Power Station. Following are the sites, where I have been performing duties, along with description.
-Water Tube Boiler : Different Parts; Superheater, Evaporator, Boiler Drum, Down Comers, Reheaters, Safety Valves, Furnace, Soot Blower and Calorifier
-Steam Turbine: High, Intermediate and Low Pressure turbine and the water cycle.

-Checking the vibrations at thrust and Journal Bearings on the turbine rotor
-Check the repairing of bearings
-Analyse the different cycles running in the Plant such as Steam Cycle, Oil Cycle
