Mr. Niaz Hussain, is a development expert working since 2011 at various locations of Sindh province. Currently, he is working as a Project Manager with Sindh Agriculture & Forestry Woker Coordinating Organization (SAFWCO) in Building Resilience of Flood Affected communities in the Khairpur (WASH, FES. and Prtoection Sector) project with the support of the OXFAM inter national organization. He has been working in the fields of social mobilization, training & development, youth development, and women empowerment. Mr. Niaz is zealously motivated to contribute to the betterment of underprivileged young people. He holds a Master’s degree in “Rural Development” from the University of Sindh, Pakistan. Mr. Niaz has working experience in different programs such as youth empowerment, skills development and livelihood, education support, emergency response, seasonal projects, and nutrition-sensitive projects at the field level. He is adept in conflict resolution and social mobilization at the community level. Mr. Niaz Hussain is also skilled and experienced in developing data collection tools (quantitative and qualitative) to be utilized in monitoring and reporting against log-frame indicators.
Job Descriptions/ Achievements.
• Initiate monthly budget projections and oversee project expenditure and hold budget management responsibility for the project, including monitoring budget vs. expenditure, ensuring that costs are allocated correctly and expenditure is happening in line with the cost and finance plan of the donor.
• Provide leadership, training and capacity development support of project staff
• Provide overall guidance to the WASH Team and Food & Economic Security (FES) team for planning and implementation of training activities and support them to seek technical assistance from concerned line departments of government
• Ensure that project progress is effectively monitored through the regular collection and analysis of key indicators and ensure that processes and results are properly documented
• Prepare detailed implementation Plan of the project in line with the project planning matrix.
• Work closely with local authorities to smooth project implementation and ensure effective coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations, community groups, private sector actors, and government counterparts.
• Ensure that internal and external reporting requirements are met, including monthly, quarterly, and annual narrative reports, in line with the donor
• Conduct regular supportive supervision visits to the field, identify gaps in implementation and provide guidance to the field team to improve the quality of implementation
• Conduct monthly/ Weekly planning and review meetings with the field team and provide strategic direction to achieve project targets
• Responsible for team building and addressing conflicts of field team (if arises) as per organizational policy
• Ensure proper documentation and storage of all program/Project data
• Submit quality monthly progress as per the given timeline to Donor OXFAM and organization management
Project: Strengthening the socio-economic resilience of youth by promoting their economic self-reliance funded by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) through The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development-BMZ· Develop the plan for capacity building training and overall daily operation and management of the vocational Training Centers ensuring that the training centers’ facilities are maintained adequately and have all the required training materials, and tools, of good quality and sufficient quantity.· Daily monitor and follow-up on the trainees’ attendance and training quality and performance Including follow-up on the use of lesson plans/ training trade contents.· Daily monitor and follow-up on the attendance of enrolled participants, trainees’ progress, and drop-outs (reasons for dropping out).· keep updated databases on enrolled participants/graduates with the required fields of information.· Provide active support for market linkages in the maintenance and update of the national TVET all pertinent information of graduates based on the project requirements· Active support to his/her supervisor in vocational skills’ announcement and enrolment of participants based on the beneficiary selection criteria.· Communicate needs to effectively carry out manual tasks.· Sequence and prioritize deliverables ensuring established delivery timeframes.· Representation of the program within communities and government and private stakeholders.· Build/ maintain community rapport and acceptance of the Program· Coordinate and report all capacity-building training.· Review training manuals, participant`s handbook and IEC material developed by consultants and get necessary approvals for the supervisor

· Conduct awareness-raising seminars at Tulka and UC level for the community and stakeholders on project orientation and introduction.
· Coordination and communication with government officials to form a District Support Group (DSG) for the support of Enhancing household livelihood through women’s empowerment and development.
· Formation of Team and assign them targets according to Detail Implementation Plan (DIP).
· Formation of Self-Help Groups (SHG) of young women and girls, for the development of self-help approach.

Project: Enhancing Quality and Access to TVET for Employability funded by OXFAM NOVIB through European Union
Location: Dadu & Jamshoro
· Conduct meetings with proactive social workers & social activists for the identification of potential youth for technical education & vocational training
· Formation of Village Development Committee (VDC)
· Carrier counseling of Right Holder for right and suitable selection of trade or course
· Register and select Right Holder enrolled at Learning Resources Center for a 2-month refresher course at Learning Resources Center

· Follow-up visits to Technical Institutions to ensure the attendance of Right Holders
· After completion of the training course of Right Holders, distribute tool kits and organize Business Counseling training for employment and self-employment to ensure employability
· Preserve daily diaries, and work plans and submitted to the Line Manager daily, weekly, and monthly field visit reports or events reports.
Project: Integrated Humanitarian Support Disaster Affected Populations in Pakistan funded by Concern World Wide
· Mapping targeted areas that are affected by flood
· Conduct Focal Group Discussions (FGDs) with affected communities of the area
