Job Responsibilities
• Look after overall functions of Operations, including Utility, Storage & handling equipment.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, routine operations, Plant startup and Shutdown.
• Responsible of maintaining Quality parameters.
• Managing Staff Rosters, assigning different tasks to the respective persons.
• Daily Documentation of Plant (Chemical receptions, Lab reports, Production reports).
• Responsible for conducting day-to-day operational activities along with Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument departments.
• Assisting in counter troubleshooting and keeping the plant in safe and efficient running condition in accordance with company’s EHS guidelines and policies
• Accustomed with LOTO (Lock out tag out) procedures for initiating maintenance jobs.
• Responsible for reporting near miss, unsafe acts and conditions with plant premises.
• Planning and execution of plant maintenance in coordination with the management objective of the target production to meet customer requirements.
• Attending meetings with management to discuss any potential risks or concerns for their timely remedial actions, if required.
• Full command on routine lab analysis, including U.V and moisture of products.
• Water treatment unit.(Reverse Osmosis).

• Understanding of overall process description and design.
• Understanding the PFDs and P&IDs of operations.
• Attended all lectures conducted by the seniors to improve my skills.
• Learnt the Time Management Skill, Presentation Skill, Making Documents.
• Learnt the proper functioning of Pumps, Air Blowers, Compressors, Heat Exchangers and Flow Meters
