Internship
Currency Management Unit (CMU). Gained insights into identifying and mitigating counterfeit currency and learned the criteria for exchanging damaged notes, including the required percentage of intact currency for burned or soiled notes.
Health and Staff Matter Unit Learned about the health facilities provided to employees and their families. Gained experience in managing staff disputes and uncertainties, including the process of handling cases and forwarding them to the Chief Manager for further action.
Internal Management Unit Engaged in the daily and weekly audit processes to ensure compliance within the State Bank. Assisted in identifying repeated mistakes and learned the protocol for escalating such issues to the Chief Manager for further action
Internship
I was taught how to give customers an account statement using OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence)
Then i have worked with the sales department whose work was to search and explore the investment market and take investment form the individuals and firms to achieve there given target of the month.
I used to help the Operations officer by scan and upload the documents for Profile Update, which is used if an individual wanted to add new information or change existing information.
Similarly upload documents for Checkbook Apply, Miscellaneous, Dormant Account, Dormant For Closer Purpose, CNIC Expiry Update etc.
I also helped customers by filling out checks and deposit slips.
