· Coordinate with projects to collect the results for 2019 and update in ATLAS
· Compliance to UNDP procedures and quality assurance of projects under Environment Portfolio
· Donor Coordination and contracts with Implementing Partners

Identify and develop new project proposals and concept notes; participate actively in the project formulation process by devising components of the project documents
Provide technical support to the Unit Chief, Programme Officers and Project Counterparts in preparation/processing of project documents
Provide specific inputs and support in administering and managing the facilitation of projects being managed by the Environment & Climate Change Programme, largely involving extensive coordination with diverse partners
Assist Assistant Country Director and Programme Officers regarding project implementation to achieve set targets
Actively liaise with, and foster collaboration with, multilateral and bilateral donor agencies with a view to exploring opportunities for mobilizing co- financing support
Provide regular assistance to Unit colleagues in preparation of cost sharing agreements and new project formulations in order to achieve resource mobilization targets
Timely manage the assigned project with the coordination of relevant Programme Officers to ensure compliance with the Project Cycle Operations Manual (PCOM) / POPs guidelines
Assist annual reporting of the projects in ATLAS and IATI dashboard
o Responsible to develop liaison and linkages with key project stakeholders at national, provincial and district level to maximize the impact of program interventions
o Responsible to develop an effective project Advocacy Strategy and Stakeholder communication plan with the consultation of communication & advocacy department CO-Islamabad
o Monitor global, regional and national discussions on global development agenda linkages, including the sustainable development goals (SDGs) related to Birth Registration and update staff accordingly
o Develop Legal & policy framework that supports digital registration and ensures a rights based approach
o Strengthen rights-based CRVS legislation at provincial and national level
o Organization of workshop “Soil Organic Matter Balance methods as practice-applicable tools for environmental impact assessment and farm management support” in Rauischholzhausen, Germany
o Meeting with IFOAM and Naturland, which are leading organic agriculture organizations in Germany
o Learning different organic farming techniques by visiting different organic farms
o Advocate health impacts from unhygienic water and preparation of advocacy material
