Key Responsibilities Include
·         Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation and knowledge transfer
·         Typically reports to a Project Manager or Project Lead
·         Reviews, analyzes, develops, and modifies computer applications
·         Define development tasks and provides time estimates to aid in scheduling. Monitors progress against task estimates to provide status
·         Develop and support application systems in accordance with established standards and processes
·         Analyzes and resolves problems associated with applications
·         Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures
·         Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include·Developing and maintain strong relationships with all Captains and vendors.
·Promoting the organization with existing Limousine suppliers in the region.
·Support the team in hitting our growth targets.
·Ensuring our Captains follow the Careem quality standards.
·Training Captains on our technology and customer service experience standards
·Assist with event planning, execution, and reporting and cooperate with vendors, event coordinators, design teams, and local vendors for onsite collateral.
·Manage floor operations.
Marketing Activities
·Collaborate with retailers to convince for home delivery service via Careem.
·Segmentation of market to lock the partners (Pharmacies, Grocery Shops etc) for delivery rides.
·Ensure to signups Careem app to all lock partners in the market.
·Ensure to push delivery rides from all lock partners.
·Place the artwork of locked partner & push artwork on social media for partner publicity.
·Present the new ideas to the Market manager.
·Manage the market team.
·Brain storming during the pandemic conditions to maintain the business.
Partnerships
·Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
·Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
·Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
·Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
·Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
·Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with my organization - i represent my brand to partners.
·Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
·Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.

·Parks and Horticulture Authority (Collaborate with PHA for branding of careem in city)
·NCBAE Multan campus (Partnership for an event. Purpose is for branding)
·Musketeers Event Management (partnership for branding purpose in event in Multan arts council)
