Manage Overall HSE Compliance in MDF & Rice Plant
Compliance of applicable laws and regulations
Supervise and monitor safety implementation by site health safety officers
Supervising the recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage and
loss, analyze accident trends and review overall safety performances
Promoting awareness of injury prevention and damage control to all levels of
employees
Keeping contact with official and professional bodies relating to occupational
health and safety in Pakistan.
Conduct the health and safety programs such as weekly training, weekly toolbox
talks, weekly machinery inspection, weekly walkabout etc.
Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety
assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management
Lead detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well
as our customers and regulatory agencies
Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors
Ensure Reduction in Accidents/UA/UC
Manage to HSE and firefighting team,
Conduct Training to site team about workplace hazards
Report and record any incident or accident taking place in the facility Conduct
safety training to ensure all staff members are aware of safety
protocols and have enough knowledge to perform their work in a safe manner
Random Compliance checks on products received, stored and dispatched
Coordination with Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) Quarterly
Audit.
Implementation of QMS procedures such as internal audits, risk management,
etc.
Compliance with HSE rules at facility is the core responsibility of everyone
Coordinating with Management and consultant on HSE issues.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inspection and make report regarding.

Climbing at Wind Turbine and performing inspection related HSE.
Carrying out hazard identification and assessment, in association with the Plant
Manager, lead, Supervisor to decide on the best safe methods of working are in
operation that all regulations are being observed.
Determining the cause of any accident or dangerous occurrence and
recommends means of preventing recurrence.

Provide training input for all levels of employees on safety issues.
Ensure the welfare of the workers to be taken care of such as sleeping facilities,
drinking water facilities, food supply and etc.
Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and
implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that
the department objectives are met
Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters
Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety
assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation
Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations

Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to
facility management

Communicate with the HSE representatives of subcontractor, let subcontractor
take correct action against HSE issue and follow HSE instructions.
